Payment Terms

Mullion Cove accepts cash, cheque, debit and credit card method of payments. Debit and credit card payments are processed securely through our website using PayPal. Cash can be used for payment when picking up orders from our market stall. Cheques should be made out to S.Bowden and sent to:

Postage and Packaging

When purchasing individual items, please select the Royal Mail postage options depending on how many items you are ordering. When ordering hampers and individual items together, please ensure you have selected the DHL option for the hamper as well as the postage for the individual items. We will contact you if there are any problems with the postage you have selected.

Delivery

Please contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page if you would like to collect orders from our market stall free of charge.

Delivery is 5 - 7 working days from placing your order.

Individual items or groups of items other than hampers or gift baskets will be sent first class.

Hampers and gift baskets will be sent via DHL.

Please ensure there is someone to accept delivery during weekday working hours or advise of any special delivery requirements via our ‘Contact Us’ page. If delivery to the address is not possible, a card will be left either by Royal Mail or DHL who will let the recipient know how they can collect their parcel or arrange re-delivery. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available.

If you require your order sooner or on a specific day, please contact us and we will try our hardest to help. Please note that we do not usually dispatch orders during the weekend.

Returns Policy

If your order does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Privacy Policy

Any information you provide us via our website is only used by Mullion Cove for the dispatch of your order, internal record keeping purposes and to send you emails from time to time about new products, news and services. Your information will not be released to third parties. We also do not store your credit card details.
